If you need technical assistance with a new installation,
activation, or how to activate and use a call feature, our
Customer Support Agents are ready to assist you 24 hours a day,
7 days a week.
In order for us to better serve your
support needs, please provide as much information as possible:
- In the subject line of the email
window, please type your TinCanTalk Account Number or
telephone number.
- If you are experiencing issues placing or
receiving calls on your TinCanTalk number, please provide
specific examples of the times and numbers of the attempted
calls.
- Type of Internet connection and the name
of your Internet Service Provider
(DSL/Cable/Wireless/Satellite/etc.).
- Make and model of your analog telephone
adapter, router (if you are using one), or SIP phone (if you
are using one).
- Brief description of your system
(computers, routers, hubs, switches, firewall software, etc.).
- Detailed description of the issue you are
experiencing.
- Results of any troubleshooting steps you
have completed as detailed on our installation pages.
- Call-back number and the best time to
call you. We will do our best to accommodate your schedule.
